The CNBC Bazar Real Estate Award for Best Residential Project Luxury Segment

In 2016, Kabel Buildcon was awarded the Best Residential Project in Luxury Segment for its flagship project 33LE in the CNBC Bazar Real Estate Awards, Gujarat Edition. The prestigious award was presented to our director Ms. Vidhi Kabra by the then Chief Minister of Gujarat Shri Vijay Rupani. CNBC Real Estate Awards honor companies who make a difference in the real estate industry in Gujarat and the awardees are unanimously chosen by an esteemed jury from the real estate industry.

IGBC (CII) confers Gold Certificate for Green Building to 33LE

33LE has been awarded a Gold Certificate by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). IGBC is a part of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) body that grants certifications and ratings to real estate projects that follow sustainable practices and promote solutions to reduce the environmental impact of construction. Green Building ratings are given based on progressive architectural practices and modern technological innovations.

Best Completed Project by CIDC in Vishwakarma Awards 12th Edition 2021

33LE was identified as the ‘Best Completed Project’ by the Construction Industry Development Council’s (CIDC) Vishwakarma Awards 12th Edition 2021. The award was conferred on Kabel Buildcon’s trusted construction partner New Consolidated Construction Co. Ltd. (NCCCL). Vishwakarma Awards recognize achievers in the Indian Real estate Industry who have delivered outstanding output and processes thus making a significant contribution towards nation-building.
